The company has independently developed and produced full range of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings for various large-scale ships, offshore drilling platforms, wind power equipment, steel structures and petroleum storage tanks and infrastructures. Based on the oilfield environment and requirements, we independently develop and produce special anti-corrosion coatings for special petroleum pipes like drill pipes and oil casings; solvent-free, anti-static, high-temperature resistant, acid and alkali-resistant special coatings for gathering and transportation pipelines as well as brine transfer pipelines; and anti-corrosion outer coated high-density polyethylene (polypropylene), adhesive, epoxy powder coating and inner wall drag-reducing and wear-resistant coatings for buried long-distance steel pipeline 3-layer PE (PP).
The company has an independent research and development center—Shanghai Hilong Shine New Materials Research Institute, a specialized unit that is composed of more than 40 experts and is equipped with full sets of state-of-the-art optical and electro-microscopic analytical instruments and testing equipments. Several products have been assessed as Shanghai New and High Tech Achievements Transferring Project and National Key New Products, and have won dozens of national invention patents.
